Songwriters are always looking for new inspiration. Could I do better than this ancient site? Don’t think so. Ek Balam, in the Mayan language, means Black, Star or Sky Jaguar. I like Sky Jaguar the best, because that's what it felt like to be there. I was very drawn to this site even before we left for Mexico. I just love the place. If you Look carefully you can see the Moon just above the structure I’m standing on.The place was only discovered 20 years ago.
