Debbie Stern and I met with Patrick Russini at his Alpha Ear Studio to continue mixing  Dreamwalkers upcoming album “Music is the Ride.“ As we get near the end of this long journey, there is a tendency to wish that it was over already. However, we resisted that urge and put all our efforts into making the songs sound spectacular.

Tonight we finished three songs and they just sound great. We worked on two of Debbie Stern’s songs “something about that boy, and “and “Louisiana.” We also worked on my original song “Suggestion by Echo.” Patrick is such a wonderful sound arranger. It was a joy to watch him work. He could move the kick drum hone decibel down and free the vocals. His knowledge of how to create sound is remarkable. We are very blessed to have him working with us as executive producer and sound engineer. We could finish with all the mixing by the end of the week. Then Patrick will do the mastering and we are One album cover from done.
