Dreamwalkers continue to get together in pieces to explore new original songs and covers, while waiting for everyone to reconvene. Band life in the summer in Florida. Culynn Murdock, Tony Sheppard and I got together this evening and worked on a few covers, Gerry Rafferty's Right Down The Line, Steely Dan's Rikki Don't Lose That Number, both with Culynn taking the lead vocals were worked on. Culynn brought in a new song, Mad Hatter. I love working on her songs, as she is very inventive with lyrics and is open to molding the music as a team. We had a lot of fun massaging the music she started with and things began to come together. I brought my song, Everything Is Changing. Tony and I have fooled around with it a little in the past, but tonight we decided on a key (C) and started putting together an arrangement. We do enjoy playing together, truly like hanging out as a group.
